1. Look for a product:

With our categorized menu you can simply browse through our store.
Pick a category and you''ll be send to a page with the corresponding products.

 2. Choose a product:

On the products page you can view more details of a product
by clicking ''more information'' of the desired product.
You can also directly put the product in your shopping cart,
although this isn''t possible for every product.
For few products you will have to choose additional features like color or size.
Click ''more information'' and in the following productdetails page you can put
the product in your cart.

3. Shopping Cart:

When you click ''Order'' the product is placed in your shopping cart.
You will also be redirected to the shoppingcart.
Ofcourse it is also possible to remove a product from your cart.
Click the checkbox and then ''remove''.
All the products with checked checkboxes will be removed.

4. Register / Log in:

To place your order and pay you will first have to be logged in.
By clicking ''Place Order'' you will also be redirected
to the login-page if you aren''t logged in yet.
Fill in your emailaddress and your password which you filled in
when you registered as as customer (See 'How do I become a customer')
 
5. Place your order:

When you are logged in you can place your order
by clicking ''Place Order'' in the shoppingcart page.
A new window opens and you can check some personal info
and your desired products.
When you click ''Pay'' you will directed to a page where you must selected
an option from de different payment options. You must fill in the requested data.
After completing this your payment is processed and you''ll see the status of your payment.
6. Recieving e-mail:
You will receive a confirmation email when you placed the order succesfully,
an email when we received and handled your payment.
and an email, when we post your order!
Here by you will know when to expect your products.

How do I become a customer?

Everone is invited to become a Haarshop.nl customer!
At the top of our websit you can see some links.
Click 'Sign up', fill in your data and you're registered as a customer!.

What will hapen with my personal data?

Your personal information filled in when you register as a customer
will be saved in our database. This information will not be
shared with or used with any other parties.
Only haarshop will use your personal information to deliver your order.
The payment procedure is carried out on a secured server
and there for important information like your creditcard number
can't be more safe .

I lost my password, what now?

At the right of the website, click 'login'.
In the formfield at the right you can fill in your emailaddress.
Click on 'send' and your password will be send to that emailaddress.
