Why has my order been cancelled by Haarshop.nl?

We would only cancel an order in the unlikely event that your preferred product is unavailable. This would be an exception. In such a case, we will inform you.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. There are 2 possible scenarios:

 

  1. Your order is still in the possession of Haarshop.nl.
  2. You have already received your order.

 

1. Your order is still in the possession of Haarshop.nl

If you’ve placed an order and your product hasn’t yet been dispatched, you can simply cancel your order. To do this, please contact our customer service department.

 

Please note: If you have bought the product that you’d like to cancel using a personal discount code, please inform the customer service department. Your discount code won’t be honoured, but we’ll issue you with a new personal discount code.

 

If the customer service department is closed, please email us (customerservice@haarshop.nl) or contact the customer service department when it reopens.

 

You may want to cancel an order in the evening when the customer service department is closed, but your order might be dispatched in the meantime. In such a case, you can return the order free of charge. But please contact our customer service department first.

 

2. You’ve already received your order.

If you’ve already received your order but would like to cancel it, the returns procedure must be followed. You can find all the information necessary for returning your order here.

I’ve received my order despite cancelling it.

In this case, you can return the order free of charge. To do this, please contact our customer service department.

I’d like to cancel an order, but the customer service department is closed. What should I do?

You may want to cancel an order in the evening when the customer service department is closed. If this is the case, please email us at customerservice@haarshop.nl or contact the customer service department when it reopens. Your order may be dispatched in the meantime. In this case, you can return the order free of charge. But please contact our customer service department first.

I’ve been refunded an amount different to the original item price.

Temporarily reduced item

You may have bought an item that was temporarily reduced and is now available at a higher price. You will be refunded the balance, but the amount won’t correspond to the purchase price of the product because the discount no longer applies.

 

Order with a discount code

Or, you may have bought a product using a discount code. If you cancel or return your order, the full amount that you’ve paid will be returned to your bank account. However, the discount code amount will not be refunded in cash. But you can contact our customer service department for a new discount code.

I’ve ordered one of your products on bol.com and would like to cancel my order. What should I do?

Go to bol.com, log into your account and navigate to ‘Orders’. You can cancel the order in question here. Your order may be dispatched in the meantime. In this case, you can return the order free of charge. But please contact our customer service department first.

How long will my refund take following cancellation?

Your money will be returned to the bank account used to pay for the order within 3 working days after cancellation. Depending on different banks, this period can vary by a number of days. A period of 10 working days applies to credit card refunds.
