What is a tracking code?

A tracking code is a unique number issued by couriers like PostNL that you can use to track your order online. This means that you can find out whether your order has been collected, where it currently is and when PostNL expects to deliver it.

I’ve received the wrong item. What should I do?

This is obviously very annoying and certainly wasn’t our intention. If this has happened to you, please contact our customer service department.

 

So that we can help you as quickly as possible, please have your OrderID handy.

 

You can obviously return the product to us free of charge. We’ll also make sure that you receive the right product as soon as possible.

Can I choose a delivery day for my order?

This cannot be done on the website, but you can contact our customer service department and request delivery of your parcel on a different day.

Do you also ship abroad?

Yes. The tables below illustrate the couriers, shipping costs and delivery times applicable as per country (or groups of countries). Delivery times commence as soon as orders are handed over to PostNL.

Can I choose a delivery day for my order?

Unfortunately, no. However, within the Netherlands you can chose for the option to deliver your order at a 'PostNL Pick Up Points'. We ship your order to a place near you (for example a supermarket or postal office), and you can decide when you pick it up. You decide when to pick up your order, and thus what day you receive your order. The order needs to be picked up within 2 weeks.

Who will be delivering my order?

Our order deliveries are handled by PostNL.

 

PostNL – within the Netherlands & international destinations

Once your parcel has been handed over to PostNL, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking code. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to accept delivery of your parcel, PostNL will generally try to deliver it to your neighbours. If this is successful, PostNL will inform you. If your parcel cannot be delivered to your neighbours, PostNL will make a second delivery attempt the following day. If this too does not succeed, you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office.

 

PostNL collection point – within the Netherlands

Once your parcel has been handed over to PostNL, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking code. Your parcel will be delivered to the collection point specified by you during the order process. This means that you can collect your products at a time that suits you.

 

I cannot see my order on Track & Trace. What should I do?

There are two possible reasons for this:

 

  1. Your tracking code may not work immediately after you receive it. Try again in about an hour. If it still doesn’t work by then, please contact our customer service department.
  2. You may have entered an incorrect postcode/address combination during the order process. If so, please contact our customer service department.
I haven’t received an email containing a tracking code. What should I do?

This email may have ended up in your junk mailbox. If not, please contact our customer service department.

 

So that we can help you as quickly as possible, please have your OrderID handy.

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?

Yes, but only if delivered by PostNL and as long as you haven’t paid by credit card or Afterpay. For these payment methods, the billing and delivery addresses must correspond.

 

You’ll be notified when your parcel arrives so that you can collect it at the counter.

I’ve ordered a product from you, but haven’t received it yet. What should I do?

In this case, please contact our customer service department where our customer service staff will further assist you.

My order has been dispatched, but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?
  1. We recommend that you first check whether you can locate your order using your tracking code. You’ll find it in your shipment confirmation. Below are the webpages where you can enter your tracking code:
  2. If tracking your order hasn’t solved the problem, make sure that 2 working days have passed in addition to the below delivery times. Your delivery time started when you received a dispatch confirmation from us.
  3. If more than 2 working days have passed in addition to the standard delivery time, please contact us.

When will I receive my order?

The following applies to deliveries within the Netherlands: If you’ve ordered before 22:00 on a working day, you’ll receive your order on the following working day. If you’ve ordered after 22:00, your order will arrive within 2 working days.

Can I have an order delivered to my work address?

Yes, as long as you haven’t paid by credit card or Afterpay. For these payment methods, the billing and delivery addresses must correspond.

 

We do recommend that, after placing your order, you contact our customer service department to inform us about the company name. In the past, parcels without a company name have been rejected.

I haven’t received all the items that I ordered. What should I do?

Please check whether the quantities on your consignment note correspond to the contents of your order,

 

  • If the quantities correspond, the undelivered item should have a 0 next to it. The item will be delivered at a later stage.
  • If the quantities do not correspond, the undelivered item should have at least a 1 next to it. If this is the case, please contact our customer service department.
