Can I exchange my product?

Yes, you can exchange the product you have received according to our procedure. The product that you return must comply with the below conditions:

 

  • You can exchange a colour chart or consumable item (e.g. shampoo, gel, wax, etc.) within 14 days as long as the packaging of the consumable item is sealed and its contents unused. No exchanges are possible after a period of 14 days.
  • You can exchange a tool (e.g. hairdressing scissors, straighteners, curling tongs, etc.) within 14 days as long as you return the product in its original packaging. This means that both the product and its packaging must be in original condition. No exchanges are possible after a period of 14 days.
How do I exchange my product?

This process consists of 2 steps:

 

  1. Return one or more products.
  2. Order your new, preferred products.

 

Step 1:

Firstly, you must complete this Return Form. Then pack (1) the product and (2) a copy of your proof of purchase into a package. If you’ve discarded the original packaging and protective material in which the product was sent, you’ll have to obtain replacement packaging and protective material. Carefully package the return form, your proof of purchase and the product and send it to:

Haarshop.nl cannot be held liable for parcels that do not arrive at Haarshop.nl. You should therefore consider sending the return as registered and insured. Also make sure that you pay sufficient postage for the parcel, because we otherwise cannot accept delivery of it.

 

As soon as we have received and checked your product, we will compile a credit note for you.

 

Step 2:

As the final step, simply order your new, preferred product. If your order doesn’t amount to €30, please contact our customer service department at 026-3210966 or customerservice@haarshop.nl (available on working days from 09:30 to 17:30) before placing your order. You’ll receive a discount code that will void the shipping costs applicable to your new product. Once we’ve dispatched the new product, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email.

When will I receive my new product?

Exchanging a product with us ultimately involves:

 

  1. Returning one or more products.
  2. Us refunding your money after receiving the product(s).
  3. Enabling you to subsequently place a new order.

If you order your new product before 20:00 on a working day and it is in stock, it will be delivered by the following working day.

I ordered one of your products on bol.com but would like to exchange it. What should I do?

Go to bol.com, log into your bol.com account and navigate to ‘Orders’. Find the order in question and select ‘Request Return’ (next to the item). When prompted to enter transaction type, select ‘Exchange for replacement item’. You can then complete your return request during which you’ll receive return instructions.
