Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn’t yet been processed or dispatched.

 

Please bear in mind that this can result in delivery delays. Here’s an example: if you’d like a more expensive product, an extra payment will be necessary and your changed order will only be dispatched once we’ve received your payment.

 

If you’d like to change your order, please contact our Customer Service department.

I’ve entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?

Please contact our customer service department immediately (preferably by phone on 026-3210366).

 

There are 3 possible scenarios:

 

  1. We still have your parcel and we’ll change the address: No harm done.
  2. Your parcel has already been processed, but is still in the hands of the courier: We’ll contact the courier and request delivery of the parcel to the right address. If this cannot be arranged, we’ll ask the courier to return the parcel to us. We regret that this may not always be possible.
  3. Your parcel has already been processed or dispatched and the courier has already delivered it: In this case, there’s unfortunately nothing we can do.
Can I collect my order in person?

Yes. If you choose this option, please call our customer service department on 026-3210366 immediately after placing your order.

Can I place an order from abroad?

Yes. But please remember that shipping costs and delivery times may differ to those within the Netherlands. You can find more information about shipping costs and delivery times here. Your country’s customs service may also add additional costs, such as import duty and clearance costs, so make sure that you enquire about your country’s customs service so that you don’t get any nasty surprises.

Can I add products to my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t already been processed or dispatched.

Can you gift-wrap my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for your order to be gift-wrapped.

How do I redeem a discount code?

In your shopping basket, you’ll find a ‘Discount Code’ field towards the bottom-left of your products. Enter your discount code into this field and click on ‘Submit’. Your discount will immediately be subtracted from the total due and you can continue with your order. Please note: you can only use 1 discount code at a time.

How do I order on Haarshop.nl?

Use the following method to order products on Haarshop.nl:

 

  1. Find your desired product using the navigation menu or search function.
  2. Add the product to your shopping basket by clicking on the ‘Direct Order’ button.

 

You can simply continue shopping if preferred. The products that you’ve added will stay in your shopping basket, and you can easily add extra products by again clicking on the ‘Direct Order’ button.

If you’d like to pay your bill, click on the ‘Checkout’ button in your shopping basket.

 

  1. Enter your details or log in if you already have an account. In case of the latter, your details will be entered automatically (but always check your address details!).
  2. Choose your shipping preference.
  3. Choose your payment method (please note: if you choose to pay by Billink or credit card, the billing and delivery addresses must correspond).
  4. Check your order and tick the box to confirm.
  5. Click on ‘Proceed to Payment’. You’ll be redirected to a secure environment where you can enter your payment details. Then you can complete your payment.
  6. Shortly after payment, you’ll receive 2 emails: one email to confirm your order and a second email to confirm your payment. You’ll also receive an email once your order has been dispatched (after 22:00). It will contain a PostNL or UPS Track & Trace code. This will allow you to track your order and determine exactly when it will arrive. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send your invoice by email within 2 working days.
